Idey collects the following data as part of its authentication service:

• Email address (login identifier)
• Name and nickname (optional, user profile)
• Password (encrypted)
• Session tokens (JWT, to maintain connection)
• Audit logs (login attempts, security actions)

Purpose of Processing

Data is collected exclusively to provide the authentication and digital identity management service. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as the account is active. Audit logs are retained for 90 days. After account deletion, personal data is erased within 30 days.

Data is hosted in France (OVH SAS). No personal data is transferred outside the European Union.
